Workaround for Windows Vista Issues

Summary

Some of our travel partners are reporting difficulties with BookCCL on computers running the Internet Explorer 7 browser and Windows Vista operating system. We are currently investigating the issue and are working on a solution. In the mean time, we have confirmed a possible workaround.

Workaround/Solution
The following workaround has proven effective for most users experiencing this issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer 7 browser.
2. From the menu bar, select Tools and then Internet Options.
(If your menu bar is not visible, tap the ALT key, then T, and then O ).
3. In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab.
4. Click on the Internet icon, and then tap the Custom level… button.
5. In the Security Settings window, under Reset custom settings, choose Medium .
(Do NOT click the Reset button)
6. Click the OK button to return to the Internet Options window.
7. Select the Trusted Sites icon and then click the Sites button..
8. Type the following: https://*.BookCCL.com
9. Click the Close button to return to the Internet Options window.
10. Select the Privacy tab and make sure the slider control is set to Medium.
11. In the Popup Blocker section, Click the Settings button
12. Type the following: www.BookCCL.com and click the Add button.
13. Click the Close button to return to the Internet Options window.
14. Select the Advanced tab and click the Restore advanced settings button.
15. Click the Apply button, and then the OK button.
16. Close all Internet Explorer windows, and then restart Internet Explorer.
17. Go to BookCCL.com – the issue should be resolved.
